Our Services
Hypertension
Hypertension is defined as abnormally high blood pressure. It is often called the “silent” disease, because it may have no noticeable symptoms. If undetected and untreated, hypertension can cause heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease. That’s why it’s important to have regular physical examinations to make sure your blood pressure is within normal range.
Kidney
Your kidneys act like a filter to remove wastes and extra fluid from your body. When your kidneys are damaged, wast products and fluid can build up in your body. This can cause swelling in your ankles, nausea, weakness, poor sleep, and shortness of breath. Without treatment, the damage can get wore and your kidneys may eventually stop working.
Internal Medicine
Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of internal diseases. We routinely see patients with conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and chronic lung disease.
